流程化护理在小儿无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果研究

Applied Study of Streamlined Nursing in Painless Gastroscopy

目的分析小儿无痛胃肠镜检查中流程化护理的作用。方法将2019年1—12月于本院行无痛胃肠镜检查的500例小儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其中250例纳入对照组(常规护理),余下250例纳入观察组(予以流程化护理),比较两组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、依从性、呼吸抑制、并发症发生率与患儿家属满意度情况。结果护理前,两组HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,两组HAMA评分均下降,且观察组HAMA评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组依从性及家属总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组呼吸抑制以及并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论予以无痛胃肠镜检查患儿流程化护理能减轻其焦虑心理,减少呼吸抑制和各类并发症出现,提升其依从性和家属满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of streamlined nursing in painless gastroscopy. Methods A total of 500 children of undergoing painless gastroscopy from January to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine care) and observation group(streamlined nursing), 250 cases in each group. Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) scores, nursing compliance,occurrences of respiratory depression and complications as well as family member’s satisfaction were compared. Results Before nursing,HAMA scores between groups were not significantly different(P > 0.05);after nursing, HAMA scores for two groups were reduced, but related scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);nursing compliance and family member’s satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);occurrences of respiratory depression and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion During painless gastroscopy, streamlined nursing can relieve the anxiety, reduce the occurrences of respiratory depression and complications, and improve the nursing compliance and family member’s satisfaction.
