手术室护理管理中应用三级质控小组的价值分析

Value Analysis of Three-level Quality Control Group Applied in Operating Room Nursing Management

目的对于手术室护理管理工作中应用三级质控小组管理模式的具体方法以及应用价值进行探讨。方法选取广州医科大学附属顺德医院骨科2019年1月—2020年1月接诊的手术患者100例作为观察对象,给予其质控小组管理模式,组建三级质控小组体系,确保护理管理工作的系统性与全面性,将其纳入研究组,选取2018年1—12月手术患者100例,给予常规管理,将其纳入对照组,对比两组手术患者接受不同护理管理模式之后的护理效果。结果研究组100例患者对于手术室护理工作满意度为98.0%,对照组100例患者对于手术室护理工作满意度为84.0%,两组手术患者的护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组100例患者中产生不良事件0例,不良事件出现率为0,对照组100例患者中产生不良事件3例,不良事件出现率为3.0%,两组手术患者中不良事件产生率对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床中在手术室护理管理工作中开展质控小组管理模式效果明显,能够提高手术患者的护理满意度,保证手术室护理质量,减少护理失误现象的出现,提升手术室护理工作人员责任心,避免护患纠纷的出现。

Objective The specific method and application value of applying the three-level quality control group management mode in the nursing management of operating room are discussed. Methods A total of 100 patients with surgery were selected as study group in orthopaedic department in Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020, while quality-control group management mode was implemented and a three-level quality control team system was used to ensure the systematic and comprehensive nursing management. 100 surgical patients were selected as control group from January to December 2018 and routine management was implemented,nursing effect was compared between two groups of surgical patients after different nursing management mode. Results The satisfaction of the 100 patients in the study group was 98.0%, while that of the 100 patients in the control group was 84.0%. The comparison of the satisfaction of the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). In the study group, there were 0 adverse events in 100 patients, and the incidence of adverse events was 0;in the control group, there were 3 adverse events in 100 patients, and the incidence of adverse events was 3.0%. There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing management,quality control team management mode in the operating room can achieve obvious effect, which can significantly improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction, ensure the quality of the operating room nursing, reduce the occurrence of nursing mistakes phenomenon, improve the sense of responsibility of nursing staff in operating room, thus avoid disputes.
