国门型村落:边疆民族地区乡村振兴的一种类型探讨

乡村振兴,关键在于因地制宜,要探索出不同地区的不同发展路径与方法。边疆民族地区作为我国重要的构成部分,也是乡村振兴中不可或缺的版图。国门型村落是边疆民族地区诸多村落中交通发达,处于两国交流节点的一类村庄,认为该类型村落具有交通便利、文化多元、国家在场、人口流动频繁、产业多样发展潜力大、社会问题复杂等六种特征,这些特征相互影响交织,共同构成了独特的“国门型”村庄的社会样态。在阐明以上特点的基础上提出以产业多样带动社会繁荣、以文化多元促进社会和谐、以组织治理换解社会问题的三重“国门型”村落乡村振兴的发展路径,以期逐步达到产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的乡村振兴。

The key to rural revitalization lies in adapting measures to local conditions and exploring different development paths and methods in different regions.As an important part of our country,border ethnic areas are also an indispensable territory in rural revitalization.National villages are among the many villages in the frontier ethnic regions with developed transportation and are located at the node of exchange between countries.It is believed that this type of village has convenient transportation,diverse cultures,the presence of the country,frequent population flows,great potential for development of diverse industries,and complex social problems.These six characteristics together,which influence and interweave each other,constitute the unique social pattern of a"national-style"village.On the basis of clarifying the above characteristics,we propose a three-fold"national-door"village and rural revitalization development path,which uses industrial diversity to promote social prosperity,cultural diversity to promote social harmony,and organizational governance to solve social problems,in order to gradually achieve industrial prosperity and ecologically sound development,so as to rejuvenate rural areas with civilized residences,rural customs,effective governance,and affluent life.
