摘要
十八届四中全会决定把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,为更准确评价青少年法律意识发展水平,本调查尝试构建科学的法律意识评价体系,根据法律意识的三层次结构框定一级指标为法律认知、法律情感和法律意志,明确其具体内涵并据此细化二级指标,设计了李克特量表,以粤西地区高中生为样本进行调查和统计。调查结果显示,总体而言,高中生具有较好的法律意识,并且在法律认知、法律情感、法律意志等三个方面表现得比较均衡,但在二级指标以及具体题项上,表现出明显的结构性差异。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to bring the rule of law education into the national education system.In order to obtain a more accurate evaluation of the development level of young people's legal consciousness,this survey attempts to build a scientific evaluation system of legal consciousness.According to the three-level structure of legal consciousness,the first level indicators are set as legal cognition,legal emotion and legal will.A Likert scale was designed to investigate and count the high school students in western Guangdong.The results show that,generally speaking,senior high school students have good legal awareness,and show a relatively balanced performance in the three aspects of legal cognition,legal emotion and legal will,but there are obvious structural differences in the secondary indicators and specific items.
