摘要
传统烧结是在高温驱动力作用下,通过减小材料表面吉布斯自由能从而将粉体物料转变为致密块体的过程。但是,传统烧结工艺需要的温度较高,致使能耗较高。冷烧结作为近年发展起来的新的烧结工艺,与常规烧结方式相比存在巨大优势。综述了冷烧结的研究背景、历程、工艺路线、作用机理与工艺参数等,分析阐述了陶瓷制备过程中冷烧结技术的应用前景,为冷烧结技术研究及开发应用提供参考。
Traditional sintering is a process of transforming powder material into compact block by reducing Gibbs free energy of material surface under high temperature driving force.However,the traditional sintering process often needs higher temperature,resulting in higher energy consumption.As a new sintering process developed in recent years,cold sintering has great advantages compared with conventional sintering methods.In this paper,the research background,process route,mechanism and process parameters of cold sintering are summarized,and the application prospect of cold sintering technology in the process of ceramic preparation is analyzed,which provides a reference for the research,development and application of cold sintering technology.
