分类分级推进智能化矿山建设——祝贺《智能矿山》创刊 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了智能化矿山建设是矿业转变发展方式、实现高质量发展的核心驱动力,煤矿智能化是煤炭工业第4次重大技术变革。提出了基于矿山数字逻辑模型,以物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等为核心技术,可实现自我学习、自我升级的智能化矿山系统内涵;分析了智能化矿山融合、迭代、变革的技术特征,提出了智能化煤矿分类分级建设标准,指出分阶段发展目标,到2025年,实现煤矿多系统智能化,建立智能生产、智能安控及智慧保障系统的基本运行框架,初步形成空间数字化、信息集成化、设备互联化、虚实一体化、决策智能化和控制网络化,实现全国煤矿一线生产工人总数减少1/2、全员工效提高1倍以上,资源开发利用水平显著提高,煤矿职业健康和工作环境根本改善,矿山生态恢复和保护全面实施;建立了智能化煤矿顶层架构和技术路径,进行了典型煤矿智能化建设实践,取得系列重要成果和经验,为同类煤矿智能化建设提供了可复制的模式样板;最后分析了智能化矿山发展中亟待解决的突出问题。 This paper elaborated that intelligent mines construction is the core driving force for the mining industry in the transformation of development mode and realization of high-quality development,and stated that the intelligentization of coal mines is the fourth major technical revolution in the mining industry.It put forward the connotation of the intelligent mine system that can realize self-study and self-update based on mine digital logic model supported by key techniques such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,AI,etc.It also analyzed the technical characteristics of integration,iteration and revolution of intelligent mines,and proposed the classified and gradational construction standard of intelligent mines with the goal of development in stages.By 2025,the goal is to intelligentize the coal mine multi-system,to establish intelligent production,intelligent surveillance and the basic operation framework of intelligent security system,to initialize space digitization,information integration,equipment interconnection,integration of virtuality and reality,and intelligent decision and control network,to reduce the total number of national coal mine front-line production workers by half,to double the work efficiency of all staff,to significantly increase resources development and utilization level,to radically improve coal occupational health and working environment,and to fully implement mine ecological recovery and protection.The author established the top structure and technical path of intelligent mines,put typical coal intelligent mines construction into practice,made great phased achievement and gained experience,and provided a duplicable model sample for intelligent mines construction.At last,the author analyzed the prominent problems that had to be solved urgently in the development of intelligent mines.
