长三角一体化背景下安徽省口腔专科医疗联合体建设现状调查

Investigation on status on construction of oral medical union in Anhui Province under background of integration of Yangtze River Delta

目的调查安徽省口腔专科医联体建设现状,分析安徽省口腔专科建设存在的问题,为加快安徽省口腔专科建设融入长三角地区医疗发展提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,于2020年11~12月对安徽省口腔专科医联体内所有医院进行调查。发放问卷36份,回收有效问卷32份。运用统计描述、χ^(2)检验和t检验对资料进行统计分析。结果被调查的医院共有医护人员487人,其中男性286人(58.73%),女性201人(41.27%),医护比为1∶0.43;技工24名,医技比为1∶40;牙椅499张,牙椅与技工之比20.79∶1;床位494张,床护比1∶0.30;仅3个诊疗项目在调查医院中全部开展;加入与未加入其他医联体两类医院医护人员一般情况比较发现,职称、学历与年龄的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);口腔人才匮乏,研究生及以上学历仅占30.80%。结论安徽省口腔专科建设能力不足,通过对人才队伍及信息化建设等方式,逐步缩小与沪、苏、浙地区间差异,推进安徽省口腔专科加速融入长三角地区医疗发展。

Objective To understand the current situation of the construction of oral medical union,and reveal the existing problems in the construction of stomatological specialties in Anhui Province,and to provide a basis for accelerating the integration of the construction of stomatological specialties into the medical development in the Yangtze River Delta region.Methods The self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate all the hospitals in the stomatological association of Anhui province.A total of 36 questionnaires were sent out and 32 valid questionnaires were recovered.Statistical description,χ^(2) test and t test were used to analyze the data.Results A total of 487 medical staff were investigated,including 286 males(58.73%)and 201 females(41.27%).The ratio of doctors to nurses was 1∶0.43;there were 24 technicians,and the ratio of medical skills was 1∶40.There were 499 dental chairs.The ratio to technicians was 20.79∶1;the number of beds was 494,and the ratio of bed-guards was 1∶0.30;only 3 diagnosis and treatment items were all carried out in the surveyed hospitals;a comparison of the general conditions of medical staff in two types of hospitals with and without other medical consortia found that the differences in competent,educational background and age variables were statistically significant(P<0.05);lack of dental talents,postgraduate and above accounted for only 30.80%.Conclusions Oral construction capacity in Anhui province is insufficient,and it is necessary to gradually narrow the distance with Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang through the construction of talent team and information technology,and promote Anhui’s oral specialty to accelerate its integration into the medical development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
