广州市电动自行车出行特征及管理对策研究

Travel Characteristics and Management Countermeasures of Electric Bicycle in Guangzhou

为提升我国城市电动自行车管理水平,减少交通事故,提升交通效率,以广州为例,开展电动自行车出行特征及管理对策研究.基于电动自行车驾驶员访谈以及对居民出行调查数据的统计分析,从发展历程、出行特征、设施供给等方面分析了广州电动自行车的发展现状,发现存在管理措施不完善、交通事故频发、交通效率降低等问题,并从管理政策、非机动车路权、道路网密度、公共交通供给等方面提出对策建议.

In order to improve the management of E-bike,reduce traffic crashes and improve traffic efficiency,this paper takes Guangzhou as an example to carry out the research on E-bike travel characteristics and management countermeasures.Based on the interview of E-bike drivers and the statistical analysis of resident trip survey data,this paper analyzes the development status of E-bike in Guangzhou from the aspects of development history,travel characteristics and facilities supply,and identifies several issues,such as imperfect management measures,frequent traffic crashes,reduced traffic efficiency.Then it puts forward suggestions from the aspects of management policy,non-motor vehicle right of way,road network density and public transport supply.
