摘要
围绕着培训成本和学员满意度两个目标,依据项目前期需求调研数据与后期需求满意度测评数据的匹配关系、项目预决算的成本变化关系以及成本和满意度的匹配关系等测评因素相关关系,建立了基于带惩罚因子的成本与满意度匹配关系教师培训项目综合加权测评模型,并应用模型和实践数据进行实证分析,检验模型的合理性与实用性。
Based on two indicators of the training cost and the student’satisfaction,According to the preliminary survey data and the later evaluation data,the relationship between project budget and actual budget as well as the matching relationship between cost and satisfaction,this article establishes a comprehensive evaluation model with the penalty factor,which conducts teacher training project cost and the students'satisfaction.The rationality and practicability of this model is tested for application practice and data analysis.
