后发经济体突破价值链“低端锁定”的升级机制研究--基于OFDI的研究视角

Research on the Upgrade Mechanism of Latecomer Economies Breaking Through the“Low-End Lock”of the Value Chain--Based on OFDI's Research Perspective

随着全球经济一体化进程迅速深化,中国在全球价值链分工中的活动日益密切,但是“中国制造”仍然面临“低端锁定”困局。鉴于此,本文基于对“低端困局”原因的剖析,从对外直接投资视角出发,通过深入分析OFDI逆向技术溢出效应和产业转移效应对产业结构升级的影响及影响机制,提出后发经济体在参与全球价值链分工中同步实现产业结构升级的可行路径。对后发经济体突破在全球价值链分工中的“低端锁定”困境,实现产业结构升级具有重要的战略性参考价值。

With the rapid deepening of global economic integration,China's activities in the division of labor in the global value chain have become increasingly close,but“Made in China”is still facing the“low-end lock-in”dilemma.In view of this,based on the analysis of the causes of the“low-end dilemma”,from the perspective of foreign direct investment,through in-depth analysis of the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover effects and industrial transfer effects on the upgrading of industrial structure and the impact mechanism,this paper proposes a latecomer economy It is a feasible path to realize the upgrading of industrial structure while participating in the division of labor in the global value chain.It has important strategic reference value for the latecomer economies to break through the“low-end lock-in”dilemma in the division of labor in the global value chain and realize the upgrading of the industrial structure.
