摘要 职业标准课程化是高等职业教育发展过程中的必然要求,本文以国际贸易职业标准课程化为例论证了职业标准课程化路径选择的必要性。在教指委专家的指导下以学校骨干教师为主导、以区域性国际贸易企业专家为补充,校行企三方深度合作,分解国际贸易职业标准,融入区域外贸企业人才需求,选取典型工作任务,构建具有特色的国际贸易专业核心课程体系。在人才培养方案过程中,引入外贸企业专家融入课堂,或植入企业课程,或开展深度校企合作,加强校企黏性,不断交流人才培养成效,进一步完善国际贸易实务专业核心课程体系。 Vocational standard curriculum is an inevitable requirement in the development of higher vocational education.This article uses the international trade professional standard curriculum as an example to demonstrate the necessity of choosing the path of professional standard curriculum.Under the guidance of experts from the Steering Committee of Education,the key teachers of the school are the leading factor and the experts of regional international trade enterprises are supplemented.The tripartite cooperation between schools,enterprises and enterprises will break down the professional standards of international trade,integrate into the talent needs of regional foreign trade enterprises,and select typical work tasks.Build a distinctive core curriculum system for international trade majors.In the process of talent training program,introduce foreign trade enterprise experts into the classroom,or implant enterprise courses,or carry out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen school-enterprise stickiness,constantly exchange talent training results,and further improve the core curriculum system of international trade practice.
