摘要
针对空心薄壁桥墩设计免对拉螺栓的一体化模板体系,采用主梁0号块钢管支撑与水平桁架作为抗侧结构,有效提高其抗侧刚度。混凝土浇筑过程中监测不同深度混凝土侧向压力,验证规范侧向荷载取值的正确性,同时也明确了混凝土实际侧向压力需考虑配合比、浇筑速度等因素的影响。在混凝土浇筑过程中监测模板侧向变形,评估模板安全性,通过控制混凝土浇筑速度控制模板变形,有效保证模板体系的安全。
For the hollow thin-walled bridge pier, an integrated formwork system without tension bolts is designed, and the No. 0 steel pipe support of the main girder and a horizontal truss are used as the anti-side structure, which effectively improves its anti-side rigidity. During the concrete pouring process, the lateral pressure of concrete at different depths is monitored to verify the correctness of the standard lateral load value. At the same time, it is also clarified that the actual lateral pressure of the concrete should be considered to be affected by factors such as ratio and pouring speed. During the concrete pouring process, the lateral deformation of the formwork is monitored, the safety of the formwork is evaluated, and the deformation of the formwork is controlled by controlling the concrete pouring speed, which effectively ensure the safety of the formwork system.
