摘要
以某博物馆绿色化节能改造为例,介绍采用Low-E中空玻璃及内置遮阳、智能通风系统装置进行门窗节能改造;运用非承重节能木墙、加气混凝土进行墙体节能改造;以及博物馆建筑防火处理及馆外透水地砖铺设等措施。对博物馆改造前、后建筑能耗进行模拟分析,结果表明建筑节能改造着力于供暖、制冷及照明设备的优化升级,对大幅度降低建筑整体能耗具有重要意义。
The paper takes the green energy-saving renovation of a museum as an example,Low-E hollow glass,built-in shading,and intelligent ventilation system are adopted for energy-saving renovation of doors and windows.Non-load-bearing energy-saving wooden walls and aerated concrete are used for wall energy-saving renovation,and museum buildings measures such as fire prevention treatment and laying of permeable floor tiles outside the hall are discussed.Through the simulation analysis of building energy consumption before and after the museum renovation,it is shown that the energy-saving renovation of the building focuses on the optimization and upgrading of heating,cooling and lighting equipment,which is of great significance to greatly reducing the overall energy consumption of the building.
