摘要
面向2035年我国基本实现社会主义现代化的战略部署,未来15年,科技实力必将大幅跃升,现代生物技术将会加速发展。未来生物技术引发的不确定风险和社会伦理问题也会变得更加复杂而多变,必须从战略高度和人文关怀、社会进步的多维视角加以分析判断与积极应对,从而促进生物技术造福人民,推动社会健康发展。
Facing the strategic deployment of China's socialist modernization by 2035,China's scientific and technological strength will definitely jump significantly in the next 15 years,and the development of modern biotechnology will accelerate.In the future,the un-certain risks and social ethical issues caused by biotechnology will also become more complex and changeable.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze,judge and respond positively from the perspective of strategic height,humanistic care and social progress,so as to promote the benefit of biotechnology to the people and the healthy development of society.
