摘要
为查明某铜矿开采对开采地块土壤、周围地块土壤及周边地下水的污染情况,对按标准所取样进行了检测分析。结果表明:①开采地块土壤环境质量满足《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600-2018)中二类用地风险筛选值要求;周边居住用地土壤环境质量满足《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600-2018)中一类用地风险筛选值要求;周边农田、林地满足《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 15618-2018)中标准要求,说明区域土壤环境质量较好,土壤污染风险低。②周边地下水水质较好,对地下水环境污染较小,地下水风险较低。各监测点位监测因子的浓度均符合《地下水环境质量标准》(GB/T 14848-2017)中的三类标准限值要求。该地块土壤及地下水中污染物均未超过标准值,不属于污染地块,符合规划用地土壤环境质量要求,可用于后续场地的开发利用。
In order to ascertain the pollution of the soil of the mining plot,the soil of the surrounding plots and the surrounding groundwater caused by a certain copper mine,detection and analysis were car⁃ried out on the basis of sampling according to standards.The results show that:①The soil environmental quality of the mining plots meets the requirements of the second type of land use risk screening value in the"Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard(Trial)"(GB36600-2018);the surrounding residential land soil environmental quality meets the requirements"Soil Environ⁃mental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standards(Trial)"(GB36600-2018)re⁃quires the first category of land use risk screening value requirements;surrounding farmland and woodland meet the"Soil Environmental Quality Agricultural Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard(Trial)"(GB5618-2018)standard requirements,indicating that the regional soil environmental quality is good,and the risk of soil pollution is low.②The surrounding groundwater quality is good,the pollution to the groundwater environment is small,and the groundwater risk is low.The concentration of monitoring factors at each monitoring point meets the Class Ⅲ standard limit requirements in the"Environmental Quality Standard for Groundwater"(GB/T14848-2017).The soil and groundwater pollutants of the plot did not exceed their corresponding standard values,and it was not a polluted plot.It met the soil environmental quality requirements of the planned land and could be used for subsequent site development and utilization.
