摘要
钛石膏是硫酸法生产钛白粉时产生的副产物,综合利用率约为10%,是利用率最低的副产石膏。目前钛石膏绝大部分采用渣场堆存方式处理,可能对环境造成一定的危害。对某堆场钛石膏进行反应性、易燃性、腐蚀性、毒性等危险性分析,结果表明,堆场钛石膏不属于危险固体废物,属于第Ⅰ类一般工业固体废物。建议后续重点考虑对钛石膏的综合利用方向。
Titanium gypsum is a by-product produced in the production of titanium dioxide by the sulfuric acid method,with a comprehensive utilization rate of about 10%,which is the by-product gypsum with the lowest utilization rate.At present,the vast majority of titanium gypsum is processed in slag yard storage,which may cause certain harm to the environment.An analysis of the reactivity,flammability,corrosiveness,toxicity and other hazards of titanium gypsum in a certain storage yard shows that the titanium gypsum of the storage yard is not classified as hazardous solid waste,but belongs to category Ⅰ general industrial solid waste.It is recommended that the follow-up focus on the comprehensive utilization of titanium gypsum.
