摘要
为建设绿色、环保、经济、高效型企业,以某钢渣和其他固废为原料进行了全固废陶瓷烧制试验。结果表明,以钢渣为主原料(掺量为30%~60%),添加钙质和硅质固废,可成功制备钢渣全固废陶瓷,其抗折强度最高为58 MPa、吸水率为0.6%,远优于国家标准;该陶瓷烧结的适宜温度区间为1180~1200℃,制备出的陶瓷以辉石为主晶相,次晶相为石英和赤铁矿。因此,钢渣等固废制备陶瓷是实现其高掺量、高附加值绿色利用的重要途径。
In order to build a green,environment-friendly,economical and efficient enterprise,the firing test of all solid waste ceramics was carried out with a steel slag and other solid wastes as raw materials.The results show that the steel slag solid waste ceramics can be successfully prepared by using steel slag as the main raw material(30%~60% content) and adding calcium and siliceous solid waste,with the highest flexural strength of 58 MPa and water absorotion of 0.6%,far superior to the national standard.The suitable sintering temperature range of this ceramic is 1 180~1 200℃,and the main crystal phase of the prepared ceramic is pyroxene,and the secondary crystal phases are quartz and hematite.Therefore,the preparation of ceramics from solid wastes such as steel slag is an important way to realize green utilization with high content and high added value.
