摘要
为实现陈四楼煤矿智能掘进工作面顺利实施,首先结合矿井智能化掘进工作面发展现状,阐述了智能化掘进工作面关键技术的可行性研究背景。介绍了智能化掘进工作面主要控制系统的技术特点,指出了不同操作空间下的设备控制、断面自动成形、自移机尾自动跟随控制技术的创新要点。总结形成了一套适用于陈四楼矿的掘进工作面智能化工艺技术体系。
In order to realize the smooth implementation of the intelligent tunneling face in Chensilou Coal Mine,firstly,combined with the development status of the intelligent tunnelling face in the mine,the feasibility research background of the key technology of the intelligent tunnelling face is expounded.The technical characteristics of the main control system of the intelligent tunneling face are introduced,and the innovation points of equipment control in different operating spaces,automatic section forming,and self moving tail automatic follow-up control technology are pointed out.In summary,a set of intelligent process technology system for the tunneling face of Chensilou Mine has been formed.
