摘要
以安徽省某建设用地为研究对象,通过对地块使用历史追溯、区域环境特征调查及特征污染物识别分析,对用途变更地块进行土壤质量调查评价。利用专业判断布点法和系统随机布点法在调查区域内采集土壤样品28件,并进行相关指标检测。结果表明:该场地的一系列历史生产活动对土壤环境产生了一定的影响,但随着采样深度的增加,重金属浓度略有降低,环境扰动带来的影响不断降低。土壤样品的检出浓度均低于建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值(第二类用地),无需开展进一步详细调查及风险评估,可直接进行开发利用。
Taking a certain construction land in Anhui Province as the research object,the soil quali⁃ty survey and evaluation of the changed use plots were carried out by tracing the use history of the plots,surveying the regional environmental characteristics,and identifying and analyzing the characteristic pol⁃lutants.28 soil samples were collected in the survey area using the professional judgment spot method and the systematic random spot method,and the collected samples were tested for relevant indicators.The re⁃sults showed that a series of historical production activities at the site had a certain impact on the soil envi⁃ronment,but as the sampling depth increased,the concentration of heavy metals decreased slightly,and the impact of environmental disturbances continued to decrease.The detected concentrations of soil samples are all lower than the soil pollution risk screening value for construction land(the second type of land),and there is no need to conduct further detailed investigations and risk assessments,and they can be directly developed and utilized.
