Design of S120 AC Drive System of Four Roll Reversing Roughing Mill

本文以西门子S120交流调速器的项目应用为例,介绍了交流传动系统的整流回馈和逆变器的选型、系统的设计、网络拓扑、并联功能的分析及调试步骤,设计了一套四辊可逆粗轧机交流传动系统,为其它机组传动系统的设计提供参考。

Taking the project application of Siemens S120 AC governor as an example,this paper introduces the rectifying feedback of AC drive system,the selection of inverter,the design of the system,the network topology,the analysis of parallel function and the debugging steps,a set of AC drive system of four-high reversible roughing mill is designed,which provides reference for the design of drive system of other units.
