商用车轻量化不仅有利于节能减排,还能为消费者带来显著的经济效益。新材料应用是汽车轻量化的有效途径之一。本文系统介绍了商用载货汽车车身、内外饰、底盘、车箱等各系统轻量化的材料应用思路,分析了载货汽车轻量化用材的主要发展方向,同时也提出了材料应用轻量化需要注意的问题,为商用车轻量化提供参考。

The lightweight of commercial vehicles is not only conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction,but also brings significant economic benefits to consumers.The application of new materials is one of the effective ways to reduce the weight of automobiles.This paper systematically introduces the material application ideas of lightweight of truck body in white,interior and exterior trims,chassis and cargo box.At the same time,it also introduces the issues that need to be paid attention to in material application for lightweight,so as to provide reference for the lightweight of commercial vehicles.
