不锈钢钢渣除尘系统的设计和应用

摘要 山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司不锈钢厂钢渣翻渣车间扬尘严重,对车间作业环境和排放环境有较大影响,采用“高效收集+湿式一体化除尘塔”技术对翻渣车间的粉尘进行收集和治理后,改善了车间作业环境并达到了环保排放标准要求。车间内粉尘得到了有效收集、收集后车间无明显粉尘飞散,经一体化除尘塔处理后粉尘排放低于6 mg/Nm3,排放指标远优于国家标准,技术达到了国内领先水平,是国内首次采取这种技术的钢渣处理车间,有效解决了不锈钢钢渣处理过程中的扬尘污染问题。 For the stainless steel plant of Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.the stainless steel slag treatment process in original workshop raises serious dust,which has a great impact on the discharge environment and workshop operation environment.The wet integrated dust removal tower is used to collect and treat the dust in the slag turning workshop,which improves the workshop operating environment,and meets environmental protection requirements.The dust in the workshop is effectively collected without obvious dust scattering.And after collection and treatment,the dust emission concentration value reaches≤6mg/Nm^(3),emission indicators are better than national standards,the technology has reached the domestic leading level.In China,this is the first time that the structure has effectively solved the problem of dust pollution during the stainless steel slag treatment process.
