骨靶向基团在骨靶向药物递送系统中的研究进展

摘要 全身给药治疗骨相关疾病(如骨质疏松等)具有靶向组织药物利用度低、其他器官或组织的不良反应大等缺陷。而药物载体可通过骨靶向基团修饰进行功能化,构建骨靶向药物递送系统(DDS)。DDS可直接与骨结合并在靶标部位释放治疗药物,从而增加药物的利用效率、提高疗效、降低成本,同时减少不良反应发生。因此,深入研究各种骨靶向基团优势、挖掘潜在的修饰形式,可以更好地构建骨靶向DDS,为进一步骨靶向递送中药活性分子治疗骨质疏松奠定基础。 The systemic administration of drugs to treat bone related diseases(such as osteoporosis),has many limitations,such as poor uptake of the drug in the targeted tissue,large adverse reactions of other organs or tissues.The drug carrier can be functionalized by bone mineral seekers modification to construct a bone-targeted drug delivery system(DDS).DDS can directly combine with bone and release therapeutic drugs at the target site,so as to increase drug utilization efficiency,improve curative effect,reduce cost and reduce adverse reactions.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the advantages of various bone mineral seekers and the potential modification forms can better construct bone-targeted DDS,laying a foundation for further bone-targeted delivery of traditional Chinese medicine active molecules in the treatment of osteoporosis.
