阿司匹林抗结肠癌机制的研究进展

结肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,由于缺乏典型的早期症状及有效的治疗手段,其发病率和死亡率逐年上升,给患者和社会带来沉重负担。因此,对于消化道肿瘤的一级预防成为一个重要的社会问题,寻找有效的药物来降低消化道肿瘤的发病率显得尤为重要。阿司匹林作为非甾体抗炎药的代表,在预防结肠癌的发病、降低其死亡率方面均有一定效果。目前该药应用于肿瘤的治疗仍局限于细胞实验及少数动物实验,未来需要更深入的抗癌机制方面的研究及前瞻性研究来验证其临床疗效。

Colon cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies.Due to the lack of typical early symptoms and effective treatment,its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year,bringing heavy burden to the patients and society.Therefore,the primary prevention of gastrointestinal tumors has become an important social problem,and it is particularly important to find effective drugs to reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal tumors.As a representative of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,aspirin is effective in preventing the onset of colon cancer and reducing its mortality.At present,the application of this drug in tumor treatment is still limited to cell experiments and a few animal experiments,and further studies on anticancer mechanism and prospective studies are needed in the future to verify its clinical efficacy.
