摘要
心力衰竭(HF)是多种心血管疾病的共同慢性阶段,其发病率和病死率在世界范围内持续升高,是全球面临的重大公共卫生问题之一。而利钠肽是在心肌的机械拉伸和应力增强或心肌缺血缺氧或神经体液因子分泌增加等条件刺激下,由心脏分泌的肽类激素。利钠肽在HF发生时对心血管有显著的保护作用,且在HF的预防、诊断、治疗及预后等方面起关键作用。尤其是脑钠肽及其前体,不仅可以良好地预测患者的心血管事件和病死率,且在指导HF的治疗用药和判断预后方面起重要作用。未来应继续深入研究利钠肽在HF病理生理机制中的作用,以为HF的诊断和治疗提供更确切的科学依据。
Heart failure(HF)is a common chronic stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases,and its morbidity and fatality continue to increase worldwide,which is one of the major global public health problems.Natriuretic peptide is a peptide hormone secreted mainly by the heart under the stimulation of myocardial mechanical stretch and stress enhancement,or myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,or increased secretion of neurohumoral factors.Natriuretic peptide has a significant protective effect on cardiovascular system and plays a key role in the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of HF.In particular,brain natriuretic peptide and their precursors can not only well predict the cardiovascular events and fatality of the patients,but also play an important role in guiding the treatment of HF and judging the prognosis.In the future,the role of natriuretic peptide in the pathophysiological mechanism of HF should be further studied to provide a more accurate scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of HF.
