摘要
由于压电超声管道内检测系统结构复杂且技术难度大,目前国内尚无研制成功和成熟应用的报道。鉴于此,针对我国干线输油管网采用的钢制管道,基于压电效应的超声波测厚原理,研制了适用于管径813 mm的压电超声管道腐蚀检测器。通过对国内外压电超声腐蚀检测技术及装备的调研,提出了压电超声管道腐蚀检测器的总体设计方案和技术指标。开展了检测器各功能组件和模块的详细设计,研制了压电超声传感器、电子系统以及传感器支撑结构等检测器的关键组件和核心模块。对检测器的各项重要性能指标逐一进行了测试试验。试验结果表明:研制的813 mm压电超声管道腐蚀检测器满足设计指标要求,具备工业现场应用条件。管径813 mm压电超声管道腐蚀检测器的研制成功对于提高输油管道的完整性管理水平,以及确保管道的安全平稳运行具有重要的现实意义和较高的科研价值。
Aiming at the steel pipeline with diameter of 813 mm used in main oil piping of China, based on the ultrasonic thickness measurement principle of piezoelectric effect, a piezoelectric ultrasonic pipeline corrosion detector suitable for pipeline with diameter of 813 mm was developed. Based on the investigation of piezoelectric ultrasonic corrosion detection technology and equipment at home and abroad, the overall design scheme and technical indicators of piezoelectric ultrasonic pipeline corrosion detector were proposed. The detailed design of functional components and modules of the detector was carried out, and the key components and core modules of the detector such as piezoelectric ultrasonic sensor, electronic system and sensor support structure were developed. The important performance indexes of the detector were tested one by one, and the test results show that the developed 813 mm piezoelectric ultrasonic pipeline corrosion detector meets the design index requirements and has the conditions for industrial field application. The successful development of piezoelectric ultrasonic pipeline corrosion detector suitable for 813 mm diameter of pipe has important practical significance and high scientific research value for improving the integrity management level of oil pipeline and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.
