IAA、GA_(3)和壳寡糖浸种对滇油杉种子发芽的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Soaking Seed With IAA and GA_(3) Involved Chitosan Oligosaccharide on Seed Germination of Keteleeria evelyniana

摘要 为了解滇油杉种子场圃发芽性状,为其苗木培育提供种子处理的依据,采用U_(12)^(*)(4^(12))均匀设计对滇油杉种子开展吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA_(3))和壳寡糖(COS)浸种后播种于苗圃的试验。结果显示,播种后26 d种子开始发芽,发芽延续期55 d;试验组合的平均发芽率、发芽势、发芽时间和发芽指数分别为29.8%~69.6%、7.8%~43.5%、13~25 d和5.0~20.7粒/d,均显著或极显著地优于对照的23.6%、2.4%、26 d和3.7粒/d(P<0.05或P<0.01);GA_(3)浸种是影响滇油杉种子发芽性状的主导因子,其极显著地提高种子发芽率(P<0.01),低浓度COS(0.05%)浸种显著地加速种子发芽(P<0.05);发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数间呈现极显著地正相关,即此3个指标具有互为促进关系,且此3个指标与发芽时间呈极显著的负相关,表明发芽时间的延长极显著地降低种子发芽的其余指标,缩短发芽时间是提高种子发芽率等指标的关键。结果表明,0.10 g/L的GA_(3)和0.05%的COS溶液混合浸种提高滇油杉种子场圃发芽,可应用于苗木培育的种子浸种。 In order to understand the germination characteristics of Keteleeria evelyniana and provide the basis for seed treatment for seedling cultivation of the species in seedling nursery,the trial of the seeds of K.evelyniana soaked with solution of indole acetic acid(IAA),gibberellin(GA_(3))and chitosan oligosaccharide(COS)by the U_(12)^(*)(12^(12))uniform design was implemented.The results showed that germination began the 26^(th) days after seed sow and lasted 55 days.The mean germination rates(GRs),germination potentials(GPs),germination times(MGTs)and germination indexes(GIs)of the treatment combinations(TCs)were 29.8%-69.6%,3.3%-9.8%,13-25 days and 5.0-20.7 seed/day,respectively,which presented significantly higher than those of the control(23.6%,2.4%,26 day and 3.7 seed/day,respectively)(P<0.05 or P<0.01).GA_(3) solution soaking seeds was the dominant factor affected the seed germination triats,which was significantly increased seed GR(P<0.01),The low concentration COS(0.05%)significantly accelerated seed germination(P<0.05).The GR,GP and GI presented significantly positive correlation between each other,in terms of these three parameters could promote each other;moreover,the three parameters were negatively correlated with the MGT,which indicated that the extension of the MGT significantly reduced the other parameters of seed germination,and shortening germination time was the key to improve the GR.The mixed solution of 0.10 g/L GA_(3) and 0.05% COS to soak seeds was beneficial to seed germination of K.evelyniana in seedling nursery.Appropriate concentration of the GA_(3) and COS mixed solution to soak seeds could improve the germination parameters of K.evelyniana seeds,which may be used in the production practice of seedling cultivation.
