摘要
酸性气田的元素硫沉积问题制约着气田的正常生产,判断是否发生元素硫沉积的前提是确定地层或井筒条件下硫在酸性气体中的溶解度。Chrastil模型作为固体或液体物质在气体中溶解的通用模型,常被用于预测酸性气体中元素硫的溶解度。介绍了Chrastil模型,以及国内外学者将Chrastil模型应用到硫溶解度预测方面的研究进展;阐述了Chrastil模型关键参数求解的两种线性回归方法,以及为了进一步提高模型预测精度的分段拟合方法和考虑H_(2)S含量的三因素预测方法;基于综合分析Chrastil模型在预测精度和应用范围等方面存在的不足,提出了硫溶解度预测的下一步研究建议。
Elemental sulfur deposition in acid gas fields restricts the normal production of gas fields.The precondition for determining whether elemental sulfur deposition occurs is to determine the solubility of sulfur in acid gas under the condition of formation or wellbore.As a general model for the dissolution of solid or liquid substances in gases,the Chrastil model was often used to predict the solubility of elemental sulfur in acid gases.In this paper,the Chrastil model and its application in sulfur solubility prediction were introduced.Then,two kinds of linear regression methods for solving the key parameters of the Chrastil model,a piecewise fitting method and the 3-factor prediction method considering the content of H_(2)S were described.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the shortcomings of the Chrastil model in the prediction accuracy and application range,the next research recommendations for sulfur solubility prediction were put forward.
