基于保护层逻辑关系的化工装置重大事故预警技术

摘要 针对当前装置中工艺指标偏离安全限值、设备故障、泄漏等生产异常监测信息分散、难以识别装置保护层系统性失效的问题,提出了基于保护层逻辑关系的炼化装置重大事故预警技术,通过识别化工装置单元保护层逻辑关系,从多专业智能监测系统中接入保护层状态信息,建立保护层集中映射界面,实现事故动态分级预警。 Aiming at the problems that the monitoring information of process indicators,equipment,leakage and other production abnormalities in the current unit was scattered and difficult to identify the systematic failure of the layers of protection,this technology established the centralized mapping interface of the protective layer by identifying the logical relationship of the protective layers of the chemical unit,and accessed the protective layer failure information from the multi-professional intelligent monitoring system to realize the dynamic hierarchical early warning of the accident.
