石化企业HSE管理体系审核系统开发与应用

Development and Application of HSE Management System Audit System in Petrochemical Enterprises

针对当前石化企业HSE管理体系审核工作存在审核内容不全面、缺少量化对标、依赖主观经验等问题,开发了HSE管理体系审核系统,形成标准化工作流程,对审核数据进行自动统计分析。企业应用结果表明,审核系统能够有效提高体系审核工作的效率和质量,支撑审核工作的全面开展,为审核运行长效机制提供技术支撑。

At present,there were some problems in the audit of HSE management system in petrochemical enterprises,such as incomplete audit content,lack of quantitative benchmarking,reliance on subjective experience and so on.The team in this paper developed HSE management system audit system,formed a standardized workflow,and conducted automatic statistical analysis of audit data.The application results of audit system in pilot enterprises showed that the audit system can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of system audit,support the overall development of audit work,and provide technical support for the long-term mechanism of audit operation.
