在海外某油田的管理中,针对设备设施老化、维护保养不及时等问题,将资产完整性管理技术和方法应用于生产实践,通过对现场设备设施风险识别、评估及分析,建立了设备设施风险清单,根据风险等级分批分类实施保障措施,有效控制风险,实现了安全性和经济性的统一。

In the management of an overseas oil field,asset integrity management technology and method were applied to production practice considering the problems such as equipment aging,untimely maintenance.Through the on-site facilities risk identification,assessment and analysis,a risk list of equipment and facilities was established according to the level of risk classification of partial implementation safeguard measures,control risks effectively and realize the unification of security and economy.
