提高辽西北地区荒山绿化造林成活率对策分析

由于受辽西北地区特殊的地理气候特点和人为因素等的影响,历年来虽然各级政府和林业部门不懈努力,投入巨大的人力、物力、财力,但是森林覆盖率却始终没见明显提升,荒山面积仍然很大。文章针对如何提高荒山绿化造林成活率各个关键环节加以阐述,对辽西北荒山现状及其引起原因进行分析,并根据实际情况选择出一个更加适合辽西北荒山绿化造林的一系列林业工程造林措施,希望解决造林中出现的一系列突出问题,以达到提高荒山绿化造林成活率,增加森林覆盖面积,更好地促进林业发展的目的。

Due to the special geographical and climatic characteristics and human factors in the northwest of Liaoning Province,governments at all levels and forestry departments have made unremitting efforts and invested huge human,material and financial resources over the years,but the forest coverage rate has not increased significantly,and the area of barren mountains is still very large.This paper expounds the key links of how to improve the survival rate of barren mountain afforestation,and analyzes the present situation and causes of barren mountain in the northwest of Liaoning Province.According to the actual situation to select a series of forestry engineering afforestation measures which are more suitable for the afforestation of barren mountains in the northwest of Liaoning Province,hoping to solve a series of outstanding problems in afforestation,so as to improve the survival rate of afforestation in barren mountains,increase forest coverage and better promote forestry development.
