生物质锅炉烟气余热回收实现烟羽脱白技术研究

摘要 烟羽脱白技术是解决城市供暖锅炉烟气污染问题的主要措施之一。本文提出的烟羽脱白技术根据烟气冷凝法使生物质锅炉达到烟羽脱白效果。本技术利用双层除雾冷凝器对饱和烟气进行冷凝降温,烟气温度大幅度降低,烟气中水分析出,由此烟气通过烟囱进入大气时不会出现白色烟羽,达到较好的烟气脱白效果。以10 t生物质锅炉为例进行烟气余热回收计算,证明本技术具备经济可行性。 Flue gas de-whitening technology is one of the main measures to solve the problem of flue gas pollution in urban heating boilers.The flue gas de-whitening technology proposed in this paper uses flue gas condensation to make the biomass boiler achieve flue gas de-whitening effect.This technology uses a double-layer defogging condenser to condense and cool the saturated flue gas,moisture is separated from the flue gas after the flue gas temperature is greatly reduced,so that no white flue gas appears when the flue gas enters the atmosphere through the chimney,this achieves a better flue gas de-whitening effect.Taking a 10t biomass boiler as an example to calculate the waste heat recovery and utilization of flue gas,it proves that the technology is economically feasible.
