摘要
本文探讨了山东开泰二期电厂锅炉除尘引风机运行效率偏低的主要原因,跟踪现场管网系统的实时运行。通过多方位性能测试,确定了不同锅炉负荷下的实际烟气量及其对应管网系统阻力。在现有的设备基础上,通过降低局部管道阻力,新设计了一款与二期锅炉运行负荷相匹配的新型高效引风机。为进一步降低其运行能耗,选择变频控制参与引风机的日常性能调节。新型高效风机在本次电厂节能改造中的应用实现了节能降耗,降低了运行故障率。
This paper analyzes the main reasons why the dust removal fan in in Shandong Kaitai power plant does not save energy,and tests the operation data of the pipeline system.Determine the actual flue gas volume and system resistance under different loads.A new high-efficiency induced draft fan is designed by making rational use of existing components and optimizing local pipelines.In order to reduce power consumption,frequency conversion regulation technology is applied to the performance regulation of fan.The new high-efficiency fan reduces consumption and reduces the operation failure rate.
