基于工业机器人技术的码垛工作站的设计与开发

摘要 工业机器人是上世纪重大科技发明成果,其诞生至今已有61年,至今发展出世界四大工业机器人家族,工业机器人已成为提高生产力、推动工业升级的重要手段。随着智能制造的应用推广,越来越多制造企业开始重视工业机器人的价值。码垛是工业机器人典型应用之一,但是对于初次接触工业机器人的高校学生来说工业机器人系统集成设计是一门相对较难的课程,尤其对于需要设定的PLC控制电路信号、工业机器人系统输入/输出信号、机器人工作的编程顺序、实时监测当前工作进度、加工中心等外部设备间的工作配合等都是困扰学生的难题。本论文基于信号抽象概念的学习困难性开发了在线测试的人机界面技术旨在帮助高校学生理解工业机器人码垛生产线上各个生产步骤中输入/输出信号之间的关联、明确当下生产进度,实时在线智能测试各个生产工序。 Industrial robots are the achievements of major scientific and technological inventions in the last century.It has been 61 years since its birth and has developed the world's four major industrial robot families.Industrial robots have become an important means to increase productivity and promote industrial upgrading.With the application and promotion of intelligent manufacturing,more and more manufacturing companies are beginning to attach importance to the value of industrial robots.Palletizing is one of the typical applications of industrial robots,but for college students who are new to industrial robots,industrial robot system integration design is a relatively difficult course,especially for PLC control circuit signals and industrial robot system inputs that need to be set.Output signal,programming sequence of robot work,real-time monitoring of current work progress,work coordination among external equipment such as machining centers,etc.are all difficult problems that plague students.Based on the difficulty of learning abstract concepts of signals,this thesis develops the human-machine interface technology for online testing.It aims to help college students understand the relationship between input/output signals in each production step of the industrial robot palletizing production line,and clarify the current production progress in real time.Intelligent online testing of each production process.
