摘要 工业文明的发展使海洋、湖泊、河流等水域环境日益恶化,保护水资源不被污染,水域垃圾清理也一直是热点问题。但目前垃圾清理设备燃油消耗大,清理垃圾的同时也在污染大气。本研究设计了一种多功能低能耗水域垃圾清理装置,可回收水面漂浮垃圾并对其进行初步处理。装置包括五个模块:垃圾聚拢、垃圾拾取、垃圾粉碎、储存静置以及供电系统。水面漂浮垃圾首先被垃圾聚拢模块中底部浮筒聚集在其周围;随后通过垃圾拾取模块中钉耙结构传送带打捞至回收部;回收部采用高速旋转刀架将垃圾粉碎;处理后垃圾碎渣进入垃圾储存箱储存静置。本装置符合我国现阶段可持续发展战略,满足节能减排与垃圾清理需求,节约资源,保护环境,一经使用和推广将具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。 With the development of industrial civilization,the environmental condition of ocean,lake,river and other waters is increasingly deteriorating.To protect the water resources from being polluted,the cleaning of water-surface garbage has caused much concern.However,the main shortcomings of the current water-surface garbage cleaning devices are high fuel consumption and the consequent air pollution.In this study,a multifunctional and low-energy consumption garbage cleaning device is developed,which can recover the floating garbage on the water surface and carry out preliminary treatment.The device consists of five modules:garbage collection,garbage pickup,garbage crushing,storing standing and power supply system.At first,floating garbage on the water surface is collected by the bottom buoy installed in the garbage collection module;then through the conveyor belt of the rake structure in the garbage pickup module,the garbage is salvaged by the recycling module;the recycling module crushes the garbage with high-speed rotating tool post;after the previous treatment,the garbage residue is transported to the garbage storage tank for the storing standing.The device conforms to China’s current sustainable development strategy,meets the needs of energy conservation,emission reduction and garbage cleaning.Once employed and promoted,it will bring great social and economic benefits.
