“以创促就”实现农业高职院校学生高质量就业的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Realizing High Quality Employment of Students in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges through Promoting Employment by Innovation

促进大学生充分就业和高质量就业,是新发展阶段农业高职院实现自身高质量发展的应然之举。厘清高质量就业和“以创促就”的时代内涵,分析农业高职院校大学生的就业现状及就业质量不高的原因,提出“以创促就”实现农业高职院校大学生高质量就业的策略:贯彻新发展理念,树立“大创业观”;推进“四转变四协同十融合”,创新办学育人机制;双创教育与德智体美劳“五育”深度融合,重构就业引领的素质教育体系;整合资源,建立就创业指导服务的融合体系。

Promoting college students’ full employment and high-quality employment is an inevitable trend for agricultural higher vocational colleges to achieve their high-quality development in the new development stage.The connotation of high-quality employment and "promoting employment by innovation" are clarified,the current employment situation of students in agricultural higher vocational colleges and the reasons for their low employment quality are analyzed,and the strategies of realizing high-quality employment of agricultural higher vocational college students by "promoting employment by innovation" are put forward.Namely,implementing the new development concept and establishing the concept of "big entrepreneurship";promoting the "four transformation,four coordination and ten integration" and innovating the educational mechanism;integrating entrepreneurship and innovation education with the education of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor in depth,and reconstructing the quality education system led by employment;integrating resources and establishing an integrated system of entrepreneurial guidance services.
