吲哚基聚醚砜/二氧化硅疏水复合材料的制备与表征

摘要 以纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))复合吲哚基聚醚砜(PESI),采用物理混合法制备吲哚基聚醚砜/二氧化硅(PESI/SiO_(2))疏水复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜、热重分析等测试手段对复合材料进行表征,考察了SiO_(2)含量对PESI/SiO_(2)复合材料水接触角的影响,并评价PESI/SiO_(2)复合材料的疏水稳定性。结果表明,当SiO2的质量分数为20%时,PESI/SiO_(2)复合材料表现出优异的疏水性能,水接触角达到最大值146°,且PESI/SiO_(2)复合材料在不同p H值条件下都具有较好的疏水稳定性。 Hydrophobic PESI/SiO_(2) was prepared by a physical mixing method using silica( SiO_(2)) nanoparticles doped poly( N-aryleneindole ether sulfone)( PESI). PESI/SiO_(2) was characterized by SEM,TG,etc. The effect of SiO_(2) content on the water contact angle of PESI/SiO_(2) was investigated and the hydrophobic stability of PESI/SiO_(2) was evaluated. The results exhibit that when the content of SiO_(2) in PESI is 20%,the prepared PESI/SiO_(2) displays excellent hydrophobic property with the water contact angle of146°. In addition,the prepared hydrophobic PESI/SiO_(2) shows excellent hydrophobic stable performance at different pH environments.
