摘要 以甘肃红豆草为材料,采用不同浓度(0.0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%和1.5%)和不同浸种时间(8h、16h)处理,研究甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)对其种子萌发和出苗的影响。结果表明:不同EMS浓度和不同浸种时间处理均显著影响红豆草的出苗和成苗,但处理浓度的效应一定程度上强于时间;高浓度EMS浸种处理对红豆草荚果发芽和出苗进程有延迟和抑制作用,随着诱变时间延迟抑制效果更显著;以相对出苗率和相对成苗率达半致死量为衡量标准,1.2%EMS浸种8h相对出苗率和相对成苗率分别为58%和45.5%,0.9%EMS浸种16h相对出苗率和相对成苗率分别为60.5%和51.2%,因此,这两种处理可作为EMS诱变红豆草的适宜条件。 This paper studied the effects of EMS(ethyl methane sulfonate)treatment with different concentrations(0.0%,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%and 1.5%)and different seed soaking times(8h,16h)on the seed germination and seedlinge mergence of Onobrychis Viciaefolia Gansu.The results of the study showed that different EMS concentrations and different seed soaking time treatments significantly affected the emergence and seedling formation of Onobrychis Viciaefolia Gansu,but the effect of treatment concentration was stronger than time to a certain extent.High-concentration EMS seed soaking treatment delayed the germination and emergence of pods.And inhibitory effect,the inhibitory effect becomes more significant with the delay of mutagenesis.Measured by the standard of LD50 dose,the relative rate for seedling emergence and survival rate of Onobrychis Viciaefolia Gansu with 1.2%EMS being soaked for 8 hours and 0.9%EMS being soaked for 16 hours was 58%,45.5%and 60.5%,51.2%,thus the two EMS treatments can be adopted as the suitable conditions for prompting the maturity of their pods.
