混合比例对甘蔗梢与玉米秸秆混合青贮品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 农作物秸秆是农区数量最大的一宗饲料资源,但其饲料化程度低。为充分利用南方热区分布广泛的甘蔗和冬玉米的副产物资源,以甘蔗梢和烤烟后作冬玉米秸秆为原料,按其鲜重比10∶0、7∶3、5∶5、3∶7和0∶10的比例进行混合青贮,观测混合青贮料的外观品质、营养成分、发酵品质及饲用价值的变化,结果表明:随着玉米秸秆占比的增加,混合青贮料的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、碳水化合物和乳酸含量呈现逐渐升高的趋势,pH值、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、乙酸和丙酸的含量、氨态氮/全氮比值均呈现下降的趋势。综合隶属函数分析显示:5种混合比例中,甘蔗梢∶玉米秸秆=3∶7的混合青贮料的pH值、氨态氮/全氮比值较低,粗蛋白和乳酸含量较高,青贮品质最佳。 Crop straw is a huge number of forage resource in agricultural area,but its forage degree,is low.To make full use of the resources are widely distributed in the southern region of sugarcane tip and winter corn.Sugarcane tip and corn stalk were used as raw materials.The fresh weight ratio of sugarcane tip and corn stalk was 10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7 and 0∶10 of mixed silage,and the sensory quality,nutritional components,fermentation quality and feeding value of mixed silage were observed.The results show that content of crude protein,crude fat,carbohydrate and lactic acid in silage increased with the increase of corn stalk ratio,while pH,the content of neutral washing fiber,acid washing fiber,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen,acetic acid and propionic acid decreased.According to the comprehensive membership function analysis,among five mixed proportions,3∶7 silage has lower pH and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio,higher crude protein content and lactic acid content,and the best silage quality.
