分散控制系统在线可靠性评估系统研究与应用

摘要 分散控制系统(Distribued Control System,DCS)的可靠运行是发电企业安全生产和经济效益的保障。现有的分散控制系统普遍具备自检功能,但对于深层次可靠性参数尚未做到在线评价。通过各类通信协议收集与可靠性相关的控制设备状态参数,结合发电行业的相关标准,设计基于DCS设备运行状态数据的可靠性评估算法。通过设计开发和现场应用,实现了分散控制系统可靠性参数的监测和在线评估功能。 The reliable operation of distributed control system(DCS)is the guarantee of safe production and economic benefits for power plants.The existing distributed control systems generally have self⁃inspection function,but the on⁃line evaluation of deepseated reliability parameters has not been achieved.The state parameters of control equipment related to reliability were collected based on various communication protocols.Combined with the relevant standards of power generation industry,a reliability evaluation algorithm based on DCS equipment operation state data was designed.Through design,development and field application,the functions of reliability parameter monitoring and on⁃line evaluation of distributed control system were realized.
