氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合泮托拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的疗效分析

Clinical Study of Flupentixol and Melitroxin Tablets Combined with Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合泮托拉唑治疗胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)患者的效果。方法前瞻性选取2018年6月至2020年11月入住我院的112例GERD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组各56例。单一用药组予以泮托拉唑,联合用药组予以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片+泮托拉唑。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前与治疗4周后临床症状评分(反酸、烧心、嗳气、胸骨后疼痛)、胃食管动力学指标(食管蠕动收缩比、食管括约肌松弛率、食管括约肌压力)、焦虑与抑郁症状[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、不良反应发生率。结果联合用药组治疗总有效率92.86%高于单一用药组69.64%(P<0.05);治疗4周后,联合用药组反酸、烧心、嗳气、胸骨后疼痛评分、SDS、SAS评分较单一用药组低,食管蠕动收缩比、食管括约肌松弛率、食管括约肌压力较单一用药组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片+泮托拉唑治疗GERD患者,可改善胃食管动力学和心理状态,促进症状缓解,提升治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of flupentixol and melitroxine tablets combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods 112 patients with GERD in our hospital from June 2018 to November 2020 were selected prospectively as research subjects.They were divided into 2 groups,randomly,each with 56 cases.The single-drug group was given pantoprazole,and the joint drug group was given pantoprazole and flupentixol and melitroxine tablets.The total effective rate of treatment and the clinical symptom scores(acid reflux,heartburn,belching,retrosternal pain)before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,gastroesophageal dynamics indicators(esophageal peristalsis contraction ratio,esophageal sphincter relaxation rate,esophageal sphincter pressure),anxiety and depression symptoms[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the joint medication group(92.86%)was higher than that of the single medication group(69.64%)(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the acid reflux,heartburn,belching,retrosternal pain score,SDS and SAS scores of the joint medication group were lower than those of the single medication group,and the esophageal peristalsis contraction ratio,esophageal sphincter relaxation rate,and esophageal sphincter pressure in the joint medication group were higher than those in the single medication group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitroxine tablets combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of GERD patients can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve gastroesophageal dynamics,improve mental state,promote symptom relief.
