轴承钢盘条连续退火炉退火试验与研究

摘要 为优化连续退火炉退火品种,进行轴承钢盘条退火试验。采用盘条酸洗后入炉、连续退火炉进出口真空锁气技术、以氮气和RX气体为保护气体等措施控制连续退火炉炉内气氛,碳势设定为1100 mV。球化处理后的轴承钢盘条及挂样的球化级别、硬度、脱碳等全部合格,脱碳层厚度比热轧盘条增加0~0.02 mm,盘条性能符合用户使用要求。 To optimize annealing varieties of continuous annealing furnace,annealing test of bearing steel wire rod was carried out.The atmosphere in continuous annealing furnace is controlled by means of wire rod pickling,vacuum gas locking technology at inlet and outlet of continuous annealing furnace,nitrogen and Rx gas as protective gas,and carbon potential is set to 1100 mV.The spheroidizing grade,hardness and decarburization of bearing steel wire rod and hanging sample after spheroidizing treatment are all qualified.The thickness of decarburization layer is 0~0.02 mm higher than that of hot rolled wire rod,and the wire rod meets user’s requirements.
