电梯用钢丝绳油脂黏附性能研究

Study on grease adhesion of wire rope for elevator

介绍了黏附性能对电梯钢丝绳使用功能产生的重要影响,分析了影响油脂黏附性能的主要因素。根据电梯钢丝绳的运动特征,自制了钢丝绳的离心试验装置,对不同油脂在不同温度下的黏附性能开展研究。油脂离心试验量化了油脂的黏附性能,为电梯钢丝绳油脂的选型提供重要的试验依据。

To introduce important influence of adhesion performance on service function of elevator wire rope,and analyze main factors affecting adhesion ability of grease.According to motion characteristics of elevator wire rope,a centrifugal test device for wire rope was made,and adhesion properties of different grease at different temperatures were studied.Grease centrifugal test quantify adhesion performance of grease and provide an important test basis for selection of grease for elevator wire rope.
