某院康莱特注射液使用情况分析与合理使用建议

Usage Analysis and Reasonable Usage Suggestion of Kanglaite Injection in a Hospital

目的:调查本院2018~2019年期间抗肿瘤中成药康莱特注射液的使用情况及适宜性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月期间使用康莱特注射液的出院患者324例,共计737例次病历记录。对患者的性别、年龄、疾病诊断、给药剂量与疗程、药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况等数据进行整理统计,分析其用药规律,并对其合理性进行点评分析。结果:使用康莱特注射液的324例患者中,男性多于女性;105例(32.41%)患者疾病诊断为非小细胞肺癌,其次为原发性肝癌(89例,27.47%);194例(59.88%)患者的疾病诊断与康莱特注射液药品说明书中的适应症相符。737例次病历记录中,用药疗程最短为1天,最长为38天;用药时间<21天的有697例次(88.79%),用药疗程符合说明书规定的有59例次(7.52%);598例次(81.14%)患者的单次用药剂量符合药品说明书推荐;共有5例患者发生ADR。结论:本院康莱特注射液的使用存在用药疗程不足及超适应症用药等问题,临床药师应重视康莱特注射液的用药监测,及时干预,减少临床不合理用药及ADR发生。

Objective:Investigate the usage and suitability of Kanglaite injection,an anti-tumor Chinese patent drug in our hospital from 2018 to 2019,to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:A total of 324 discharged patients who received Kanglaite injection from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected,and a total of 737 cases were recorded.The data of patients'gender,age,disease diagnosis,dosage,course of adverse drug reactions(ADR)were sorted out,the medication rules were analyzed and its rationality was reviewed and analyzed.Results:Among 324 patients who used Kanglaite injection,males were more than females;105 patients were diagnosed as primary non-small cell lung cancer(32.41%),followed by primary liver cancer(89 cases 27.47%).194(59.88%)patient's disease diagnosis were consistent with the indications in the instructions of Kanglaite injection.Among the 737 cases of medical records,the shortest course of treatment for Kanglaite injection was 1 day and the longest was 38 days.Among them,there were 697(88.79%)cases with duration<21 days,and there were 59(7.52%)cases of medication course in accordance with the instructions.The single dose of 598 cases(81.14%)met the drug label recommendation.A total of 5 cases developed ADR.Conclusion:The use of Kanglaite injection in our hospital has unreasonable problems such as insufficient medication course and inappropriate drug use.Clinical pharmacists should pay attention to the monitoring of the use of Kanglaite injection and intervene in time to reduce clinical irrational use of drugs and adverse drug reactions.
