幼儿园职初教师与家长沟通的有效策略 被引量:3

摘要 幼儿园职初教师与家长建立紧密的合作关系,有助于班级工作的顺利开展,有利于家园共育工作的质量优质优化提升。职初教师与家长的无效沟通会使其关系逐渐疏远,有效沟通则有利于家长和职初教师形成教育幼儿的亲密纽带。提升职初教师与家长有效沟通的能力,需考虑有效沟通的构成要素及影响他们与家长沟通的障碍因素,建议通过完善职初教师的知识储备,构建平等的话语情境、提升职初教师的专业自觉水平,形成沟通主体间的视角互易、健全幼儿园家园沟通制度及考核评价机制等方面促进职初教师在家园沟通方面快速成长。 The establishment of a close cooperative relationship between newly-appointed kindergarten teachers and parents is conducive to the smooth development of class work and the improvement of the quality of home education.Ineffective communication will gradually alienate the relationship between teachers and parents,while effective communication can form a close bond between parents and teachers.In order to improve the ability of effective communication between new teachers and parents,we need to consider the elements of effective communication and the obstacle factors that affect their communication with the parents.By improving the knowledge reserve of new teachers and creating an equal discourse situation,the professional consciousness of newly-appointed teachers in communication can be enhanced,and the perspective reciprocity between communication subjects can be achieved.Besides,the improvement of the home-kindergarten communication system and evaluation mechanism can also promote the rapid growth of kindergarten teachers in the home-kindergarten communication.
