Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Excellent Authors in Medical University Journal

统计分析了《南方医科大学学报》2006—2019年的作者群情况,探讨核心作者群对期刊发展的影响和优秀作者群的培育策略,旨在引起综合性医学科技期刊对核心作者群的重视,进而提高科技期刊的学术影响力.

This study analyzed the author group of Journal of Southern Medical University from 2006 to 2019,and analyzed the impact of core author group on the development of journals,and summarized the cultivation strategy of medical university journal in excellent author group.We aim at attracting the attention of comprehensive medical journals to the core author group,and improve the academic influence of science and technology journals.
