On comprehensive application of BIM technique in underground garage construction for public buildings

以渭南市中心西片区多功能馆项目为例,从车库集水井、排水沟优化、管综优化及净高分析等方面,阐述了BIM技术在公共建筑地下车库施工中的综合应用,指出应用BIM技术,缩短了工期,提高了工程质量水平,产生了良好的社会和经济效益。

Taking the multi-functional pavilion at the Central West District of Weinan as the example,the paper illustrates the comprehensive application of BIM technique in underground garage construction for public buildings from the garage water-collecting well,optimization of drainage ditches,integrated improvement of pipelines and analysis of clear height,and points out the application of BIM can shorten the construction period,improve the engineering quality and result in better social and economic benefits.
