谈共振碎石化技术在路面提升改造中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 西安市现有水泥混凝土路面随着寿命达到极限,维修、改造、提升的需求日益迫切,传统的路面提升改造方法已很难从根本上解决路面反射裂缝问题,急需引入新工艺。由于共振碎石化技术在西安市政道路提升改造中首次引入应用,需要进一步研究优化。着重介绍了共振碎石化技术的原理、特征、工艺流程、主要技术要求等,并结合实际工程阐述共振碎石化技术在水泥混凝土路面“白改黑”中的应用、优势及效果。 The paper indicates the difficulties in solving the reflection cracks on cement-concrete roadbeds of Xi’an City,which have gone to extremes for their lifespans,with traditional roadbed reconstruction methods because of the increasing demands for maintenance,reconstruction and promotion,illustrates the urgency for introducing the new craft,optimizes the research on the resonant rubblizing method used firstly in the reconstruction of municipal roads of Xi’an,mainly introduces its principles,characteristics,craft procedures,and main technical demands,and explains the application,advantages and effect of the technique in the project of adding ac overlay on PCC pavement.
