Objective To systematically review the influencing factors for return to work in post-stroke patients through a Meta-analysis.Methods English and Chinese databases including The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data, and VIP were searched for studies on the influencing factors for return to work in post-stroke patients. Two reviewers independently performed literature screening, data extraction, and quality assessment of included studies.RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform a Meta-analysis of influencing factors for return to work in post-stroke patients. Results A total of 12 articles were included, with a sample size of 5227 patients. The results of the meta-analysis showed that age, sex, education level, cognitive status, neurological deficit score, activities of daily living, and type of occupation were influencing factors for return to work in post-stroke patients. Conclusion There are various influencing factors for return to work in post-stroke patients, and prospective studies with control for confounding factors are needed in the future to further clarify influencing factors and adopt targeted interventions.
